Our climate-controlled venue is split into 2 areas. 4,000 square feet is the reception/ceremony area.  It is capable of seating up to 200 people. Possibly more.  We have a large, beautiful rock fireplace on one end of the area & double barn doors on the other end which leads to a large concrete area where the pergola is.  There is a bathroom, a bar/drink area with plenty of counter space, sink, and a large freezer to hold ice.  We also have a small open loft area that has an HDMI hook up to a projector screen we have in the reception area.

Off of that space we have 3 separate barn doors that take you into the other area of the venue which is 2,000 square feet.  There is a kitchen with an open room where we have a large buffet table to serve dinner from. Ideally your serving area is separated from your reception area which is a great way to save space & keep your dinner line away from where your guests are seated.

Our women's & men's restrooms are spacious.

As you walk down the hallway we have our groom's room with a poker set, games, etc. & our spacious bridal suite.  The bridal suite is a very large room with 6 bridal vanities’, a drink & snack area, a beautiful antique couch for photos, 2 sinks, jetted tub, & a shower.

All tables, chairs, & white tablecloths are included. I also have tons of decorations! We have a large wood-stained Mr. & Mrs. floor sign, 40 lace mason jars, over 40 clear wine bottles, circle cut slabs of wood for centerpieces, burlap, eucalyptus greenery, floor easels, mirrors, as well as flowers & decorations that your welcome to use.
